Non-standard and customized solutions are governed by individual project contracts. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria will be defined in a separate signed agreement.
Orders & Payment
Order Confirmation Process
All orders are subject to review and formal written confirmation by VIIST Technology. An order is considered binding only upon issuance of an official Order Confirmation or execution of a formal Sales Contract. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for any reason prior to confirmation, including due to pricing errors or product unavailability.

- Bank wire transfer (T/T)
- Letter of Credit (L/C) for international orders
- Corporate cheque (subject to clearance)
- Other methods as agreed in contract
Taxes & Fees
Quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and levies unless explicitly stated. Customers are responsible for all applicable local taxes, VAT, customs duties, and import fees as required by law in their jurisdiction.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the order, customization requirements, component lead times, and logistics conditions. VIIST Technology will communicate projected delivery schedules upon order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance, or third-party logistics providers.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon handover to the designated freight carrier, unless otherwise agreed in the sales contract. We recommend customers arrange appropriate cargo insurance for high-value shipments.
Acceptance Inspection
Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting all equipment and components for visible damage or discrepancies against the packing list within 5 business days. Any claims for shipping damage or shortfall must be submitted in writing with supporting photographic evidence within this period. Failure to report within the stated timeframe may constitute acceptance of the goods as delivered.
Returns & Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
VST Technology provides a standard 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects and material failures under normal operating conditions. Extended warranty options are available and must be agreed upon in writing at time of purchase.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Return and exchange requests will be considered under the following conditions:
- The defect or malfunction is attributable to a manufacturing fault covered under warranty
- Equipment has not been modified, misused, or damaged through customer negligence
- A written return merchandise authorization (RMA) has been obtained from VIIST Technology prior to shipment
- Items returned in original or adequate protective packaging to prevent transit damage

Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to competent Chinese courts or arbitration as mutually agreed.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Updates to Terms
